The District at Green Valley Ranch is just minutes from the Strip and is a local favorite. The District is quaint with its tree-lined cobblestone streets and charming shops and restaurants. A perfect place to stroll and shop.

Downtown Summerlin is an upscale outdoor business, entertainment, fashion, and retail district that is part of the affluent community of Summerlin, Nevada. The Fashion Show Mall is located on the Las Vegas Strip and boasts more than 250 stores and seven anchors (Dillard’s, Forever 21, Macy’s, Macy’s Men’s Store, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Saks Fifth Avenue.) The Forum Shops is a major shopping mall connected to Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip. Measured in terms of sales per square foot, it is the highest grossing mall in the United States. There are no department stores here, but there are many high-end boutiques such as Balenciaga, Emporio Armani, Jimmy Choo, Cartier, Tiffany and Co, Chanel, and Christian Louboutin.
