Since I have lived in Las Vegas for so long, I feel that I know the city, inside and out. I remember when I first moved to Vegas, the area I live in now, would have been miles into the deserted desert. The Vegas I still think about, is a Strip with only 7 or 8 Hotel-Casinos... Now its hard to keep track of every hotel, casino, or highrise that is under construction, along with the grand openings of new completed resorts.

The imploding of some of the Landmark Hotels has been sort of sad. But just like New Years, "in comes the new and out goes the old."

After working in a world renowned hotel & casino and then going into real estate, I feel the need to tell my clients as much as they want to know about Vegas... where to go, what to do and what to see. I go over things with my investors and buyers that most Realtors don't. I do not want to JUST make a sale! I want them to trust in me and my judgment and not have to look back and say "why did I buy there?"

To me a home, condo, highrise, midrise or any of the new wave of living here in Vegas is an investment in the American Dream! So whatever you're interested in I will do everything in my power to help that Dream come true.
